We offer a full solicitor’s letter before action product one of the main elements of which is our considering the circumstances to ensure that the substance of what we say in our letter is correct.
In some circumstances clients may reasonably expect a benefit from our simply sending something to someone without our going to the trouble (cost) of considering, first, whether that thing is necessarily correct – and there may be some simple circumstances in which we might be willing to do so – that scenario is this product, in which we are writing what is no more than a covering letter.
How long will it take?
We would expect to draft a petition and submit it to Court for issue within a week of taking your instructions. The Court normally only takes a few days to list the petition hearing and to return the issued petition for service. We have to arrange personal service, which usually takes around a week. The actual petition hearing date – when the petition may be granted – could be several weeks or months after the petition is issued.
Money Matters
Your supplier is SRA-regulated Mounteney Solicitors, that charges VAT some customers may be able to reclaim
Our work will be charged at a fixed fee of £125 + VAT = £150 gross.
